COMMENTARY
This show about installation of solar panels in Oshawa Canada includes some good creative financing which seems to be a good financing model to understand. The solar panels and the installation are paid for by a solar company ... the building owner gets electricity, and a modest income, the utility gets electricity and something (electricity) to sell. Sounds like a win win for the entities, the individuals and the society.
