COMMENTARY
This story is a little example of 'one rule for the rich, and one for the poor'. When the weak ask for help from the FBI, nothing happens, but when the rich and powerful ask for help from the FBI, they get help almost instantly.

A few years ago I tried to complain to CitiBank about a very large corrupt payment from a government official in Africa to CitiBank in New York. The Branch manager would not give me the time of the day, and instead called on the bank's security staff to escort me from the premises. The corrupt practices of banks are very sensitive ... widely known ... but there has been no attempt of any seriousness to stop corrupt profitable practices. It is time this was changed.

There is hope. The young generation are not going to put up with the immoral behavior of the powerful 1% ... nothing wrong with being rich, but a lot wrong with being a thief.
