OpenWatch is a participatory citizen media project which uses mobile technology to enable public monitoring of authority figures.

OpenWatch.net is the web counterpart to the Cop Recorder and OpenWatch Recorder applications for Android and iPhone. The apps, which secretly record media, then anonymously upload it are available for download here.
