Bill Kristol Continues Fox's Attacks On OWS: 'The Whole Term 'Occupy' Is A Kind Of Marxist Term For Taking Over' Property From the November 13 edition of Fox Broadcasting Co.'s Fox News Sunday: One of the comments: by bootyprof (November 13, 2011 12:32 pm ET) 21 Juan Williams is once again the voice of reason. Bill Kristol is void of historical reference. The only way to change the system is through participating in elections? 'Democracy' only entails actions at the ballot box? Wow... Just wow. Civil disobedience and mass demonstrations outside of the ballot box are a consistent theme in American Politics! Women took to the streets and ultimately achieved the right to vote. African Americans took to the streets, undertook sit-ins, and peacefully broke the law ultimately achieving equal rights! The ultimate irony... Kristol says you can only change the system through democratic elections... While Republicans change voting laws making it much harder to participate in elections themselves! Good riddance.
