P.S. I'm meeting my former boss from Arup, Peter Head, later this afternoon. Think you'd be very interested in Peter's very ambitious initiative out of London, called The Ecological Sequestration Trust. TEST will apply a systems approach to mapping and modeling resource feedback loops at the regional scale (taking off from the work we did at Arup on the Dongtan Eco-city project in Shanghai & Treasure Island in SF at the district scale for greenfield sites; Arup's tool is called IRM or Integrated Resource Management).
