Russia is inching closer to capturing one of the largest cities still under Ukrainian control in the eastern Donbas region of Ukraine. In response, the U.S. is sending an additional $700 million in military aid to Ukraine to help defend against the Russian offensive. CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes has more.
