I have been concerned for quite a long while ... maybe as long as 25 years ... that the various management. governance and oversight tools that were being used had become ineffective.

Over this time, my understanding of this chronic dysfunction has changed quite significantly. Now I have come to understand that what I have tended to see as dysfunction is actually exactly as most of the rich and powerful players actually want.

FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried paid over $40 Million in Donations to both the Democrats and the Republicans. In this video I provide details of a Letter sent by US Congress to The Securities & Exchange Commission which was sent in response to a SEC Investigation into Crypto & FTX. This letter is reported to have resulted in the Investigation being stopped and the question I ask in this video is whether this is related to the FTX Donations? Did SBF pay Congress to stop the investigation?

FTX was the second largest CRYPTO Currency Exchange and is now in Chapter BANKRUPTCY with over 1 Million Creditors. John Ray, the Bankruptcy practitioner for Enron, has been appointed as CEO and his initial findings are that this is WORSE than Enron which was the biggest accounting fraud in USA history. .
