Paul Volcker is an elder statesman in finance ... Chairman of the Federal Reserve in the 1980s and adviser to Obama

COMMENTARY
I have a huge respect for Paul Volcker, and I suspect he is regarded by the younger experts as having old fashioned and out-of-date ideas. My guess is that he is appalled by what has been allowed to happen in the banking and finance sector, but is too polite and collegiate to really say what is on his mind. I would like to know more.
