This is a great image ... and very sad.

It has been clear to me for a very long time that an economy that gets its wealth from the banking and finance sector is doing very little for society, merely doing something for itself.

I accept that money is important, but it is important only as a lubricant like a lubricant is important in an automobile engine. Money is not the energy ... the gas or petrol that makes the car go, or the economy go. Most people in the banking and finance industry do not understand this ... or if they do, keep it very quiet.

The wealth that is owned by those who are rich and powerful in the banking and finance sector have wealth because they are working a system that movew wealth from where it was created to themselves.
