The good news is that the concept of a sustainable society is gaining momentum.

The bad news is that many good initiatives do not move ahead because they are not able to obtain financing.

The financing constraint has to be solved. There are a number of initiatives that are moving forward to make 'impact investing' or 'social business investing' easier and more mainstream. My goal is to build a portfolio of well conceived sustainable projects that satisfy mainstream financing criteria AND deliver positive impact for people and planet.

I will work with any organization that has a reasonably well developed 'business plan' in order to help mobilize the financing. To the extent that this is being done 'Pro-Bono', I will not commit to reworking business plans and financial projections to make them suitable for financing.
