Getting back in touch

Dear David

I have been away from the mosquito world for a while ... but my interest in accountability and value for money has not diminished.

I almost went to Washington last Monday to listen to the folk talk about how well they were doing ... Admiral Ziemer was on one of the panels ... but I thought better of it and stayed home.

I have had a bit of a hiatus in the last year ... I burnt our house down last February and only now am moving back into a rebuilt house. It gave me an opportunity to rebuild using better energy practices ... lots of insulation, passive solar and all sorts of air handling machinery. Hope it works!

I believe you are still associated with Liverpool ... fairly close to my birthplace Preston, and very different from where I am now ... the Poconos of Pennsylvania.

The world remains an interesting place. All the best Peter
