Currently working as part of a small project team within the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment engaged in identifying future opportunities for the Northern Irish economy through Foresight and MATRIX panel research.
I am also an experienced senior manager with 20 years experience and a successful record in business improvement and strategic marketing. I have experience working at board level, and over ten years’ small business and SME mentoring and programme management experience. I have successfully project managed multiple projects for blue chip and local government organisations - Recent work has included the design and implementation of the Evolution Project for Castlereagh Borough Council.
I also specialise in social innovation and entrepreneurship and have developed a new business start up model - JumpstartNI to be launched in 2013 offering an alternative intensive structured support programme and development of entrepreneurship hubs to enable entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses and contribute back to their communities.
