In solidarity and to allow us to reflect upon the tragedy that unfolded in Nairobi at Westgate shopping mall this year, this year's ICCM featured a panel discussion on the use of social media to help direct response to such disasters.

Special thanks to our panelists for their strength and leadership during these events and for sharing their observations and lessons learned with all of us.
