Burgess COMMENTARY
This is a 7 page essay that addresses one of the big issues in metrics and reporting. This issue is the cost and effort required to get the data and prepare the reports.

Good management information is clear, and does not cost very much. This is not where reporting for CSR, IIRC, ISO and the rest seem to be going. It is, however, at the core of the MDIA initiative.
