Gail Work, Founder and CEO of One Earth Ventures has a 20 year background of success in strategic business development, sales and marketing, starting and growing businesses and consulting to organizations on leadership development, strategy, innovation and change management. Gail has spent much of her lifetime in the political arena, working for election integrity and renewable energy, and developing a vibrant community of friends and colleagues across the personal, business and political spectrums. She brings a deeply curious, transorganizational, cross disciplinary perspective to clients in understanding all facets of business: start-ups, financial, organizational and political. As a catalyst for interdisciplinary innovation she facilitates creative synthesis of social and cultural intelligence with adaptive and unique approaches to facilitate new thinking and business models. She thrives on developing client potential to make a difference at the largest scGail holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate BS in Conservation of Natural Resources from UC-Berkeley. She is a strategic, whole systems thinker who brings devotion and integrity to her work and strives to find match-making and partnership opportunities for clients to achieve win/win opportunities.

Paul Wingate, Technology Consultant Picture

Paul Wingate, Technology Consultant with One Earth Ventures, is a technologist and futurist whose mission is to reduce world energy consumption by many QUADs, and sequester carbon as biochar and in the old fashioned way - as undisturbed coal and oil. As a systems thinker, he has a gift for identifying technologies and clean-tech business models that have a technical advantage to excel in an intricate and rapidly changing world. Paul has decades of experience in renewable energy, energy efficient architecture, building design and construction and sustainable agriculture. He studies the bigger picture, broader view and the natural beauty in systems that allows for deeper understanding of the functions and parts of the physical world. Paul is an intrepid experimental builder and entrepreneur. Paul gathers inspiration at museums displaying humanity's pleasing creations and on bike and foot in the natural outdoors where he experiences the pinnacles of nature's beautiful lessons. He loves a good laugh and connections with the Earth. He is driven by the harsh fact that 'We have no Plan et B.'

Julian Sproul, Consultant Picture

Julian Sproul, Consultant with One Earth Ventures, is a social entrepreneur with experience in commercializing clean energy technologies & IT & technology product management. After graduating cum laude from UC Berkeley with a BS in Conservation Resource Studies he worked as a clean tech consultant helping investors & entrepreneurs bring their technology to market. While at UC Berkeley, spent 1.5 years working with Dr. Arthur H. Rosenfeld, known as 'The Godfather of Energy Efficiency', at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. His research on white and vegetative roofs was published in the journal, Energy & Buildings. He brings strategic acumen in identifying and developing partnerships and business development.
