Hewson Baltzell MSCI Hewson Baltzell leads the Product Development Team of MSCI's ESG Research Business, which acquired two leading ESG research providers - Innovest Strategic Value Advisors and KLD Research & Analytics - in 2009. Mr. Baltzell was President and co-Founder of Innovest, which was an internationally recognized investment research and advisory firm specializing in analyzing companies' performance on environmental, social and strategic governance issues. Prior to Innovest, Mr. Baltzell developed risk management analysis and procedures in the Principal Transactions Group, the merchant bank, at Lehman Brothers. At Chase Manhattan, his responsibilities included restructuring and securitizing the bank's multi-billion dollar real estate portfolio. Previously, Mr. Baltzell managed debt and equity portfolios for a private, foreign-owned investment company and worked in Mellon Bank's international division. He holds an MBA in Finance from Wharton and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Bannick OMIDYAR NETWORK As managing partner, Matt Bannick leads all aspects of Omidyar Network's operations and strategy. He works closely with the co-founders and board of directors to ensure that Omidyar Network achieves its long-term mission and strategic objectives. From 1999 to 2007, Mr. Bannick was a member of eBay Inc.'s executive staff and served in a number of senior executive roles. After eBay acquired PayPal in 2002, Mr. Bannick was selected to be PayPal's first post-acquisition president and established PayPal as the global standard for online payments. In 2004, Matt returned to eBay International, increasing annual revenue to nearly $2 billion, which was nearly half of eBay marketplace revenue. Matt also spearheaded eBay's initiatives in Global Development and Citizenship, where he worked to bring the power of eBay to the developing world. Prior to joining eBay, Mr. Bannick served as the North American president of NavTeq, the leading provider of digital map databases for the in-vehicle navigation system and online routing markets. He was also a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and served as a United States diplomat in Germany during the time of the fall of the Berlin Wall and German unification. Mr. Bannick also currently serves on the boards of Bridge International Academies, Endeavor, and Landesa. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in international studies and economics from the University of Washington.

Antony Bugg-Levine (Chair) NONPROFIT FINANCE FUND Antony Bugg-Levine is the CEO of Nonprofit Finance Fund, a national nonprofit and financial intermediary dedicated to mobilizing and deploying resources effectively to build a just and vibrant society. In this role, Mr. Bugg-Levine oversees more than $225 million of capital under management and a national consulting practice, and works with a range of philanthropic, private sector and government partners to develop and implement innovative approaches to financing social change. Mr. Bugg-Levine writes and speaks regularly on the evolution of the social sector and the emergence of the global impact investing industry. He is the co-author of Impact Investing: Transforming How We Make Money While Making a Difference. Previously, as a Managing Director at the Rockefeller Foundation, Mr. Bugg-Levine designed and led the Foundation's Harnessing the Power of Impact Investing initiative and oversaw its program-related investment portfolio. He was the Country Director for Kenya and Uganda for TechnoServe and also worked as a consultant with McKinsey, where he advised Fortune 100 clients in the financial services and health care sectors. He is an associate adjunct professor in the Social Enterprise Program at the Columbia Business School.

Pawan Mehra CKINETICS Pawan Mehra is a serial entrepreneur and investor currently focusing on the issue of scalable sustainability as it relates to emerging economies. He has been involved in building and scaling early-stage ventures, first as a venture capital investor in his early career with GVFL and McKenna Capital and, since then, as an entrepreneur with Parsec Interact, Intellecap, and now cKinetics. He serves on the boards of a number of Indo-US enterprises and continues to advise a number of companies in Asia and the United States. He is also actively involved with the Give Foundation, the largest online nonprofit exchange connecting donors with projects in India, serving on its US board. Mr. Mehra has a bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Samuel Nwanze HEIRS HOLDINGS Samuel Nwanze is the Director, Finance and Investments, at Heirs Holdings, a leading investment company focused on long term investments across Africa. In this role, Samuel has originated and executed a number of landmark investments which have gained international recognition. Samuel was also a leading part of a core team that successful transformed an ailing bank and positioned it as one of the major leaders in the Nigeria. Most of his work has been done in various markets across Africa but he has been involved in other projects in the US, UK and India. He has spoken at the Africa Union, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, The Milken Institute, Investor Conferences, and Business Schools etc. He holds a Masters in Finance and Management from Cranfield University in the UK where he won a number of awards including the best graduating student and a prestigious annual award for academic excellence, bestowed by the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) of the United Kingdom.

Nick O'Donohoe BIG SOCIETY CAPITAL Nick O'Donohoe is the CEO of Big Society Capital. He is the former Global Head of Research at JPMorgan Chase, where he was responsible for the firm's Equity, Credit, Interest Rate, FX, and Commodities research groups in addition to the firm's Economics research department. In this role, he was also a member of the Management Committee of the Investment Bank and the Executive Committee of JPMorgan Chase. Mr. O'Donohoe joined JP Morgan in 1996 and became Head of European Equity research in 1999. A year later, he assumed overall responsibility for European and Japanese Cash Equities and, following the merger with Chase, became Head of Cash Equities for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In 2002 he was appointed Global Head of Equity research. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Mr. O'Donohoe worked at Goldman Sachs, where he served as Resident Manager of its Zurich office, Head of Alternative Investments in Europe, and Head of International Marketing at GSAM. He was the senior sponsor for the firm's Social Finance Unit, which invests in and delivers capital markets services to microfinance institutions and other social enterprises around the world. He also supervised Continuum, the IB alumni program. Mr. O'Donohoe has a BA in Mathematical Economics and Statistics from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Preston Pinkett CITY NATIONAL BANK Preston Pinkett serves as CEO of City National Bank, where he has been Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim President of City National Bank Of New Jersey since March 2011. Prior to his role at City National Bank, Mr. Pinkett was Vice President and Head of Prudential's Social Investment Program. Before Mr. Pinkett joined Prudential in 2007, he served as the Senior Vice President for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority for four years, where he managed funding and development programs to spur economic development. He served as the Senior Vice President with PNC Bank for eight years, where he founded and managed the PNC Development Bank and community development investment and lending activities. Mr. Pinkett is a Trustee at Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation Inc. He has a BS in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Luther M. Ragin, Jr. GIIN Luther M. Ragin, Jr. is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the GIIN. Prior to joining the GIIN, Mr. Ragin served as Vice President for Investments at New York-based F.B. Heron Foundation from 1999 to 2011. Mr. Ragin oversaw the F.B. Heron Foundation's endowment, building a portfolio of more than $260 million, steadily increasing the impact investing allocation to more than 40 percent while maintaining competitive, risk-adjusted financial returns. Prior to joining the Foundation in 1999, Mr. Ragin was the Chief Financial Officer of the National Community Capital Association, a trade association of community development financial institutions that provide access to capital in low-income communities. Other significant experience includes eight years as Chief Financial Officer of Earl G. Graves, Ltd., and seven years with Chase Manhattan Bank, including three years as Vice President of Syndications/Assets Sales for the North American Corporate Finance Sector. He holds a BA and Master of Public Policy from Harvard, and is a graduate of Columbia University's Executive Program in Business Administration. He is a member of the board of directors of Social Finance U.S., the GIIN, and the Threshold Group, and is an adjunct lecturer in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Rakesh Rewari IMPACT INVESTING EXPERT Mr. Rakesh Rewari is a member of the Board of Directors of National Small Industries Corporation Ltd (NSIC), Jainsons Finlease Ltd (Intellecap Group Company), and MAS Financial Services Ltd. With over 3 decades of experience in financial institutions, banks, and venture capital funds, Mr. Rewari specializes in areas such as small and medium-enterprise credit, microfinance, impact investment, and policy development. In December 2012, he was nominated by the Government of India as a member of the Board of Trustees of Credit Risk Guarantee Fund Trust for Low Income Housing. He is also a member of the Project Evaluation Committee of various organisations, which finance companies for development and commercialisation of technologies for societal impact. From February 2012 to May 2014, Mr. Rewari worked as an expert on the National Innovation Council, Office of Advisor to Prime Minister on Public Information Infrastructure and Innovations, helping to set up the India Inclusive Innovation Fund (IIIF).The Fund will finance innovative projects that benefit people at the base of the economic pyramid. From October 2006 to August 2011, he was Deputy Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), an apex financial Institution promoting, financing, and developing micro-, small, and medium enterprises in India. In 2006, he was deputed by SIDBI to set up SIDBI Venture Capital Ltd, an Asset Management Company for managing venture capital funds for SMEs. He holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.

Judith Rodin THE ROCKEFELLER FOUNDATION Dr. Judith Rodin has been president of The Rockefeller Foundation since 2005. She was previously president of the University of Pennsylvania, the first woman to lead an Ivy League institution, and provost of Yale University. Since joining the Foundation, Dr. Rodin has recalibrated its focus to meet the challenges of the 21st century and today the Foundation supports and shapes innovations to strengthen resilience to risks and ensure more equitable growth around the world. Dr. Rodin has actively participated in influential global forums, including the World Economic Forum, Clinton Global Initiative and the United Nations General Assembly. She is a member of the African Development Bank's High Level Panel and a Board member of the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa. Dr. Rodin is the author of more than 200 academic articles and has written or co-written 12 books. She serves as a member of the board for several leading corporations and nonprofits including the Council on Foreign Relations, Citigroup, Comcast and the White House Council for Community Solutions. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from Columbia University, and has received over 16 honorary doctorate degrees.

Marilou van Golstein Brouwers TRIODOS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT Marilou van Golstein Brouwers is Managing Director of Triodos Investment Management BV, a subsidiary of Triodos Bank. This Investment Management Company manages impact funds investing in Emerging Markets, Energy & Climate, Sustainable Real Estate, Arts & Culture, Food & Agriculture and also SRI funds. Total assets under management at year-end 2011 amounted to EUR 2.1 billion. Ms. van Golstein Brouwers has served on the Board of Directors of Centenary Bank in Uganda (from 1998-2002), the Board of Directors of K-REP Bank in Kenya (from 1997-2005), the Board of Directors of Akiba Commercial Bank in Tanzania (1997-2006), KMB Bank in Russia (1999-2005), Brac Bank Afghanistan (2006-2010) and Kash Microfinance Bank in Pakistan (2008-2010). She was a member of the Group of Advisors for the United Nations Year of Microcredit in 2004/2005, a member of the Executive Committee of CCAP (2003-2008), treasurer of the International Association of Microfinance Investors (2008-2009) and the Board of Trustees of Women's World Banking (2003-2012). She is Chair of SBI (since 2011), Chair of Steering Committee of the PRI/Principles for Investors in Inclusive Finance (since 2011), Treasurer of the Max Havelaar Foundation (since 2008) and a member of the Board of Directors of Triodos Sicav II, Triodos Sustainable Trade Fund and Triodos Renewable Energy for Development Fund. She is also on the Advisory Board of Women in Financial Services in the Netherlands (WIFS).
