There was a time when I was travelling very extensively which resulted in me doing assignments in more than 50 different countries. I have not traveled much recently, however ... in part because technology makes electronic communication so much more efficient than it used to be ... in part because because of advancing age. What exactly would be involved in your training assignment ... and what exactly is the Budgeting Course to which you refer. Peter

Here are more details about our training programs:- a) You will be the sole trainer for the two days training, 9am to 5pm. b) Our delegates usually range from 10 to 30. Delegates comes usually from all over South East Asia i.e. Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam. c) Fees – USD3000 (50% to be paid 1 week before the event, balance 1 month after). 2-way flight (economy) and 3 nights stay at the event’s 5-star hotel will also be provided. A trainer agreement will be drawn up to firm up everything. I have made few researches with potential delegates and they would like the course to include some if this content: a)Capital vs Operating Budget b)Financial vs Non-Financial c)Budgeting Methods d)It will be nice if there's content on using 6 Sigma Methods as not many people knew about this method Let me know your thoughts.
