Healthy lifestyle is the main prerequisite for a comfortable and happy longevity. Exercise and proper diet can prevent all kinds of diseases when implemented the right way.

Skipping meals is a definite no-no.

It is strongly recommended that we eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Skipping one of those causes a temporary energy deficiency which slows down the metabolism and activates the survival mode of our organism. As a result the body stores food in the form of fat. Routinely feeding the body increases the metabolism. The organism starts dissolving the fat because it thinks it doesn’t really need it anymore.

The daily intake of two to three liters of water is very important. It is imperative that we avoid carbonated, noncarbonated soft drinks and alcohol. Studies suggest that increasing the intake of protein prevents heart diseases by lowering the levels of the “dangerous” low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and raising the levels of the “healthy” high-density lipoprotein (HDL). Most of the enzymes in human body are protein-based. These enzymes are solely responsible for the metabolic rate of the body. Lean protein is contained in meat, dairy products, soy, fish and poultry.

Whole grain foods contain fiber which protects against colon cancer and heart diseases. Fiber also reduces blood sugar, bad LDL, and overall blood cholesterol.

Vegetables and fruits are a definite must. A balanced nutrition plan should include at least six servings of fruits and veggies every day. It is strongly recommended that you eat fruits as in-between meal snacks.

Last but not least, health experts encourage people to do no less than three cardio exercises a week plus yoga.

0:17letting me know your favorite healthy feet in a previous video 0:22I explained why nutrition information can be so confusing and so overwhelming 0:28and I basically ruled out all the junk e-mail junk foods that we know we're 0:33supposed to avoid 0:34cell fried foods refined sugar processed foods or anything with a really long 0:39ingredient list 0:40and so you're probably asking well gee whiz Karina 0:44what the heck is left for me to eat and in this video 0:48I'm going to tell you now of course there's still plenty of controversy 0:52about the foods are about to discuss but I've done my best to release 0:56simple fight down just remember that 0:59every person's body is different and there is no one 1:03perfect optimal diet it's going to be perfect for every person 1:06so hopefully you can use this information to figure out the 1:10perfect diet for you I want to make why 1:14quick disclaimer before we get started as they mentioned 1:18previously every person's body is different and some people 1:22literally have allergies to certain foods so you could have an allergy 1:27any other foods not to mention and obviously you wouldn't want to eat that 1:31food 1:31now if you don't know if you have the allergies 1:35there's a couple of ways to find out if you just 1:38aren't feeling super healthy are you feel like you're be healthy but you 1:42still don't feel well 1:43then food allergies could be a call for it and the easiest way to determine 1:48if you have a food allergy is to you eliminate 1:51the suspected field from your diet for two to three weeks 1:54and see how you feel when you start reintegrating that fit 1:58so some common food allergens are gluten 2:02meet dairy story and Cena but as I mentioned you could have an allergy 2:07to any feared and you wanna look into that as your 2:11figuring how but the optimal diet for you is going to be 2:15leads are loaded with vitamins 2:18bio nutrients and anti-oxidant and they're delicious 2:22to since you're going to eating a piece of fruit it's not going to spike your blood sugar 2:55is partly 2:55as having a solar or having a spoonful of sugar 2:59because you've got that fiber in the fruit helping in that process 3:03now of course if you're trying to lose weight 3:06you probably wanna go easy on the free and certainly if you're eating a lot of 3:11free 3:11you're gonna wanna be really physically active you can plan all those 3:15carbohydrates of 3:16again fruits are a great way to 3:20joy and indulge your sweet teen and I encourage you to try 3:24Holden different free better out there vegetables 3:28really should be ball up your diet 3:32and whether you eat meat or not every single person on the planet 3:37myself included would benefit from eating more vegetables 3:41the bottom line is that our bodies 3:44are internal organs need a certain amount of nutrients 3:49just in order to function properly and vegetables are one of them 3:53best ways to make sure that you're getting those nutrients they're loaded 3:57with fiber day loaded with vitamins and 4:00again if you are not eating enough vegetables 4:04here never really did feel satisfied and fall 4:07this is because your body just isn't getting the nutrition and heat 4:11cell if you have been eating a diet of processed foods 4:15and you're somebody who feels like you're always hungry 4:18feels like you're never satisfied then the lack 4:22I'll vegetables nutrients and fiber in your diet 4:26is probably the reason for that and you were 4:29eating nutrient-rich foods like vegetables 4:33we don't have to worry so much about counting calories 4:36because finally you're going to get so much nutrition and fibers with these 4:41fields that you're going to fill up 4:44and feel full and satisfied before you'll be able to 4:47pp too many calories at those speeds again this is a topic that I've 4:52discussed in several videos that 4:54empty calories verses nutrient-rich calorie 4:58and I think that really is the secret to you not 5:01being on a diet and not gaining weight back 5:04is recognizing that we just take the empty calories out a large Diet 5:09you don't even have to worry about counting calories and all 5:12so vegetables there's sweet potatoes 5:16eats spinach past swiss chard 5:19kale there are a whole green ball 5:23hola vegetables for you to try as explained in previous videos 5:28the white refined flour that's used in white bread pasta and tortillas 5:33is completely stripped all its fiber 5:36its nutrients and miss refined white flour 5:40is Paul up empty calories this means those calories 5:44turned straight into fat without giving your body in New in 5:47any nutrition it also means that this white bread 5:51and white flour products are going to significantly spike your blood sugar 5:56basically it's like having here we find sugar 5:59every time you have he's white flower pots 6:02so I recommend that you significantly decreased 6:06if not completely eliminate those 8:11your dad acne as my arthritis i'm just still taking berry added their diet 8:17so if you're somebody who experiences those things 8:20it may be worth it to see if dairy is something that you 8:24actually do better by avoiding 8:27now if you are going to eat dairy then again I have just a couple 8:31pipelines first of look for the words 8:34pasture-raised on grass-fed 8:37you want cathouse who are making your dairy products 8:41few be very healthy you want them to you live on a farm and 8:45eat their natural diet so that they're actually providing the most 8:49nutrition to you in those whether you should 12:45eat meat or not eat meat you have to you 12:48make that decision for yourself and I recommend that you make that decision 12:52based on how you feel when he me 12:56now if you are going to eat meat can I include you too 13:01do so in moderation and to be selective 13:04so I have heard be rule of thumb 13:07that you shouldn't eat more than a palm-sized 13:10portion Avneet
