Lise is a principal consultant at thinkstep and an expert on innovation, design and implementation of sustainability strategies, supplier engagement, and alternative material selection. She has worked with circular economy since 2009, and is an expert in implementation of strategies, green business models, resource efficiency, alternative material selection, industrial symbiosis, and radical innovation processes. She has over 18 years of industrial and consultancy experience in sustainability, EHS, innovation, facilitation, eco-design, cradle-to-cradle and circular economy on corporate level.

Amy Costello, P.E., LEED-AP O+M Sustainability Manager, Armstrong Flooring

Amy Costello, P.E., is responsible for developing and managing sustainability strategies and initiatives for Armstrong Flooring. Amy works closely with innovation, operations, and marketing on sustainability initiatives and serves as a liaison with all divisions to implement a unified global sustainability strategy. Amy is on the Board of Director's Technical Advisory Committee for US Green Building Council and chairs the ASTM’s Sustainable Manufacturing Sub-Committee. She holds a B.S. in biology from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and M.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University. Amy is a licensed Professional Engineer and a LEED-AP.
