Happy Holidays!
And so, another amazing year at DaniWeb draws to a close. Despite everything that has been thrown in our direction that would have seen others fail, we have continued to be a community of strength, support and loyalty.
Dani has continued to tweak and improve the site itself, always listening to what the community is saying and working hard behind the scenes to deliver the user experience the members want and deserve while having to take into consideration the hard commercial decisions required to keep us afloat. Thank you Dani, Queen of DaniWeb, for everything you do.
We mustn't forget the admin team, right behind Dani and also always there to ensure things are running smoothly. Be it dealing with member complaints (thankfully few and far between) or debating policy behind the scenes, the administrators are happy to work hard to keep the Good Ship DaniWeb sailing in the right direction. Hats off to Sanjay aka ~s.o.s~, James aka deceptikon and Davey aka happygeek.
Then there is the truly fantastic team of volunteer moderators who have continued to do an incredible job of looking after the forums, helping to ensure that everyone gets the help they need when they need it and the spamming hordes are kept at bay. A standing ovation, if you will, for Reverend Jim, JamesCherrill, pritaeas, Gribouillis, blud, Ezzaral and mike_2000_17.
And finally, a bloody great big cheer for all of you dear readers, our wonderful community members! You have continued to support us with your questions, your answers, your code and your chatter. Unfortunately, with more than a million of you in the database there's a few too many to list here individually! However, here's a big thank you one and all for everything you have done in 2016; and here's hoping for an even better 2017.
