International Alliance for Localization
Introduction
The International Alliance for Localization (IAL) is a cross-cultural network of thinkers, activists and NGOs dedicated to exploring radically new visions of development and progress.

The IAL will operate on two separate but closely related fronts: Resistance and Renewal. Our aim is to help reverse the process of economic globalization while simultaneously encouraging the regeneration of healthy ecosystems and communities.
We provide a big picture analysis to unite diverse groups in both North and South — from business leaders and labor unions to farmers, social justice activists, environmentalists and indigenous people.
