YEC Advisory Committee Claire Kennedy Claire has been passionate about and involved with GGF since she met Carrie Rich in 2014, and she currently serves as the Chair of our Young Executives Council. Her full time job is leading Talent Operations at Axios. Prior to joining Axios, Claire worked at POLITICO for nearly four years, holding a series of business development, sales and talent acquisition roles. Prior to POLITICO, Claire worked at Wexler & Walker Public Policy Associates in Washington, where she supported their clients’ policy initiatives across a broad array of industries. Claire is a graduate of Tulane University and a proud fan of all things Louisiana. Alexandra Burtoft Gilroy Alex is currently a clinical specialist for Genentech where she is part of the Hemophilia sales force. Alex has worked for Genentech for 7 years across multiple products and functions and is extremely passionate about helping patients. She graduated from Wharton's healthcare management program in 2015. Nora Jabbour Nora Jabbour is a Private Wealth Advisor at Goldman Sachs, where she manages assets on behalf of wealthy families, foundations, and institutions. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Nora was a college women's basketball coach at several east coast institutions. Nora received her MBA and BSBA in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School. Zubaid Kazmi Zubaid is a Senior Manager at Sila Solution Group. He has managed multiple end-to-end IT projects for Fortune 200 companies and Federal clients. He has worked with various clients and technologies across multiple industries including Financial Services, Transportation, Airline, Manufacturing and agencies within the Federal Government. Additionally, Zubaid formed, and is the Executive Director of, a nonprofit organization (Sharing Humanity) dedicated to the promotion of volunteer opportunities to help disadvantaged communities around the world. Ian Koons Ian founded Patient Ready Clinicians with the mission to improve community healthcare by creating a better process to match talent with jobs. PRC’s Clinical Match Assurance process has placed healthcare professionals at over 50 hospitals and 120 physician practices and surgery centers across the Washington, DC area with a nearly 100% candidate retention rate over the last three years. Ian’s passion for community and business extends beyond healthcare as he spends his free time coaching emerging entrepreneurs by serving on the Young Executives Council of the Global Good Fund and The Network for Entrepreneurship. Ian Mitchell Ian Mitchell heads the Washington, DC office for The Graham Company, an insurance brokerage and risk management firm working with large, high risk organizations. He grew up in Philadelphia and spent time playing Football professionally in Frankfurt, Germany. Currently resides in Annapolis, MD with his wife, Hillary. Andrew Moses Andrew Moses is the Head of Marketing & Sales at MorganFranklin Consulting. In addition, he is co-founder of Autism Speaks U, a national initiative of Autism Speaks that engages students from universities across 20+ states in advocacy, awareness, and fundraising. Andrew is the youngest alumni to ever win Penn State’s Alumni Volunteer of the Year Award -- awarded once per year by the Penn State Alumni Association, the world's largest dues-paying alumni association.
