I became interested in the role of PLACE in socio-enviro-economic progress back in the 1970s when I was doing consulting assignments for the United Nations and the World Bank. I realized that their conventional project approach with a single sector focus was failing because all the development issues were linked and came together at a PLACE. My post career work is all about the essential metrics for multi-dimension management. PeterB
