Toward a Regenerative Economy, Together Peter: Building on eight years of documenting exemplary regenerative projects through the Field Guide to a Regenerative Economy, and exploring the principles and patterns of a Regenerative Economics Framework at a larger scale, we are excited to announce today that Capital Institute has collaborated with our vital strategic partners to launch the Regenerative Communities Network. The Network operates in support of several communities across the globe who have committed to regenerative development. Additionally, we have developed a digital learning community to support this place-based work and invite all regenerative practitioners to join, providing opportunities to collaborate, innovate, and accelerate regenerative development, one person, one community, and one bioregion at a time. Inspired by the science of living systems and time-tested indigenous wisdom, regenerative communities provide diverse, place-sourced, and practical tests of alternative economic development pathways. They also contribute a viable and attractive set of new possibilities to assess regenerative vitality, which can become the basis for place-based regenerative investment and economic policy debates. Linking across geographies and scales, regenerative communities offer the possibility of hope -- and of a regenerative world. Join us!
