A system needing correction
Correctional officers attacked in prison. ‘Squad’ meets with, praises Latin King inmates who attacked them.
Readers should know that I do not have much use for the right wing media, nor the left wing media. I want the media to report all the important news, as much as they can and free of bias. I will make up my mind with =out the media pre-judging what my point of view is going to be. When it comes to law and order, I want a safe world. I don't want police prutality. I don't want ultra harsh penalties. I don't want people killing people ... just because they can. The police have a difficult job, and deserve respect ... but at the same time they should hold themselves to a very high standard.

No idea what “transportation justice” is about, but we’re sure it has something to do with raiding the wallets of taxpayers.
As far as the officers who were attacked at the prison, the men who attacked the officers were members of the Latin Kings, according to TV5 in Boston. All of the guards suffered concussions and one has a fractured spine. “

In November, Pressley introduced a wide-scale criminal justice reform resolution, where she sought to decriminalize consensual sex work, abolishing cash bail and solitary confinement, and shrinking the overall jail and prison population.
The resolution which was called the “People’s Justice Guarantee” seeks to limit the number of people in jail through decriminalizing sex work, i.e. prostitution, and other “low level offenses”, ending the death penalty and life sentences without possibility of parole and capping sentences for all crimes, “particularly those that do not cause serious harm.” Yup, that’s working out well in New York.
What is it with these Democrats? They criticize and excoriate police, but throw down with criminals. You would almost think they were pandering for votes.
She referred to the criminal justice system as “racist, xenophobic, rogue and fundamentally flawed.”
Among other hits in the resolution is the end of solitary confinement, and allowing transgender people to be housed according to their gender identity. It would give incarcerated people the right to vote (ding, ding, ding), in addition to overhauling criminal laws and statutes for undocumented immigrants and migrant families in the U.S.
Of course, Pressley also buried (albeit not so subtly) a “permanent ban on assault-type weapons”, in addition to a mass gun buyback program. Democrats are so predictable.
Of course, the rest of the “squad” was all down with it.

Her stunt did not go unnoticed. Twitter lit up with people criticizing Omar for carrying on like a twelve-year-old school child while Lee was speaking.
In the past, when men and women of our military were in harm’s way, politicians at least supported them. They may not have supported their mission, or may not have supported the president, but they always stood behind our brave men and women in the military.
Not this bunch.
The so-called “squad” have shown that they are un-American and do not have the best interests of our country in mind, only their interest in pandering to the small constituency of brain-dead voters that elected them in the first place.
