Register Not attending EVENT DETAILS: integrated thinking in the middle market A lot of attention in the integrated thinking and reporting movement is paid to large public companies. But integrated thinking is not confined to the market segment alone. In some ways, middle market companies have even more flexibility to think and manage in an integrated way. In this month’s event, we’ll be looking at this market segment with guests who will share three sets of examples of integrated thinking:
  • B Corp movement which provides a form of integrated reporting and certification
  • U.S. valuation firm whose software uses an integrated filter on financials to create a corporate valuation
  • International examples from small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs)

Shina Culberson, CEO, Quist Insights Shina brings +20 years of financial and valuation experience to her leadership and guidance of the firm. Known for her direct style and laser focus, Shina specializes in business and securities valuation engagements. Shina’s passion is working with company owners to help them understand the value drivers of their business and to provide actionable insights in order to improve performance, valuation, and management decision making. Stathis Gould, Deputy Director, Global Accountancy Profession Support, International Federation of Accountants Stathis heads up the development of international services for professional accountants working in business and industry at IFAC. A key element of his work is developing thought leadership and guidance in support of finance professionals and their roles facilitating sustainable organizational performance. Before moving to IFAC, he was at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) responsible for planning and overseeing a program of policy and research. Prior to serving the accountancy profession, Mr. Gould worked in various roles in the private and public sectors in the UK.
