Topic Homelessness and COVID-19 Description People experiencing homelessness and unstable housing situations are at high risk of contracting COVID-19. And the massive loss of livelihoods has placed millions more individuals and families at risk for homelessness. Please join Physicians for Human Rights (PHR) for a webinar in our series examining key challenges in the COVID-19 pandemic through a health and human rights lens. Medical and public health experts will discuss the particular challenges facing who are homeless face, and the programs and policies that are necessary to address these challenges now and going forward. The conversation will be moderated by PHR’s medical director, Michele Heisler, who is also a professor of internal medicine and public health at the University of Michigan Medical School.
