I am trying to find the status of shipment of products bought and paid for ($45.23) on or about April 27th and now apparently lost somewhere between you and me ... the order# is 04809558 ..... there has been earlier communication but attempts to get follow up information are failing and the items (3 inkjet cartridges ) are still lost. It seems that there is total confusion between UPS and the USPS ... not to mention the shipper (you) and the customer (me) ... You — Please update your info I have spoken to the USPS letter carrier and there should have been no problem getting the package to me ... Cindy I am not sure what happened there, but if the address is correct we can try to reship or we can just refund you. You — Please update your info I would like to be as helpful as possible ... and in that connection would like to figure out what happened relative to the mix-up between UPS and USPS ... I pointed out over 2 weeks ago that I was nearly out of ink ... and I will be really mad if I actually run out ... and will not behave totally rationally !!!!!!! You — Please update your info All my earlier shipments from you have gone smoothly and I have been an advocate for your company ... but that might change if I do run out of ink ......... Reshipping will be good Cindy I understand your frustrations, and we do not know what problems UPS and USPS had but we will reship for you. You — Please update your info But why have my several email attempts to communicate been ignored ???? Cindy I do see that we responded back on an email you sent us, where we let you know once we got the shipment back we would reship. The problem is that we haven't gotten it back for us to do that. Since it's clear that there is a problem with UPS and USPS we will not make you wait any longer and we will reship for you. You — Please update your info Cindy ... thanks for your help ... perhaps I should have taken to this chat process before rather than the ancient email communication technology ... there were responses to my initial email, but not to subsequent attempts to get progress updates and resolution.
