9 Sep: Great Success! Ukrainians Finally Liberate 2 Trapped Town | Ukraine War Update

But while Ukrainian forces are conducting their southern offensive, they need to hold firm in the East.

The slightest mistake in the East can disrupt the Southern offensive. There is now strong intelligence that Russian troops are trying to redeploy a very large military force in the direction of Kupiansk.

The Ukrainian generals are reading this very well and are keeping their smallest forces in the area, such as the 3 Assault Brigades, the Azov Regiment, the International Legion, the Russian Volunteer Legion and the Belorussian Volunteer Brigade, as well as the Kraken, Omega, Volat and Turan battalions. Fortunately, these forces have so far always given Ukrainians good news, both on offense and defense. Today we have very good news from eastern Ukraine. We will now analyze what happened today on the front lines of eastern Ukraine, the hottest points of the conflict, with all the positive and negative achievements. The war in Ukraine continues to create tension and chaos along the country's east-west axis and in some places along the northern border lines. In the east, the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, including Donbass, and in the south, the Zaporizhia-Dnipro-Kherson trenches are still very active. Clashes have increased in Bakhmut, Klischiivka and Andriivka. In Zaporizhia, on the other hand, the Ukrainians are fighting for Tokmak and then Melitopol after the first main Russian defense line was broken and Verbove was taken. Ukraine's northern border lines are a region of woodlands, minefields and long stretches of dark swamps. It's been a long time since we took you to the northern regions of Ukraine and the Russian border lines. Today we are going to take you to one of the most important frontlines of the war, where the fiercest clashes of the war took place, where Ukrainian partisan groups and Russian Volunteer Legion troops were constantly engaged in cross-border operations. As we all guessed, we are talking about the Kharkiv border lines. Here, the true face of the war meets us immediately. Russian troops focus their fire on the strategic town of Kupyansk in the northeast, while Ukrainian armored detachments, hiding under camouflage nets and the last embers of summer leaves, re-mobilize northeast of the settlement to express nostalgia for the tank battles tested last year. While it is unclear whether Russia is actually trying to advance in the northeast or is simply trying to create a distraction in the hope of diverting Ukrainian resources, such a breakthrough by Ukrainian forces on the flanks of Kupyansk is indeed a surprise to everyone. A few weeks ago, Ukrainian officials were reporting that Moscow would try to advance on Kupyansk, a small city full of strategic roads and railroads, including a train line that reaches the Russian border. Today, however, we are seeing an effective offensive by Ukrainian forces near Kupyansk. After the forced evacuation of nearly 12,000 civilians from 37 towns and villages near the northeastern front of the war, the Ukrainian Armed Forces took a major step to liberate 2 settlements northeast of Kupyansk. Ukrainian Steel Border Guards hoisted the Ukrainian flag over the villages of Stroivka and Topoli, northeast of Kupyansk, in the Kharkiv region. These historic moments were captured on video. According to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, the settlements are located in the strategic area called the gray zone on the border with Russia. In fact, after the de-occupation of the Kharkiv region, it was dangerous to enter this area due to mines, but now the border guards have cleared the way and raised the Ukrainian flag. It was quite remarkable that Ukrainians flew the blue-yellow national flags in 2 settlements during this critical period when the Russian Volunteer Corps was conducting raiding operations in the border towns of Kursk, Bryansk and Belgorod. So what will the Russians do now? Let's find out what the situation will be in the critical cities along the Kharkiv border and Kupyansk. On August 27, Eastern Force Grouping press spokesperson Illia Yevlash reported that Russia had concentrated more than 100,000 troops in the Kupiansk-Lyman direction of the front. According to Yevlash, these troops significantly intensified shelling and airstrikes against Ukrainian positions in Kharkiv and Donetsk oblasts. We ourselves witnessed 45,000 troops from the occupied Luhansk Oblast attacking Kupiansk in particular and 48,000 troops attacking Lyman. But Ukraine's liberation of settlements northeast of Kupyansk, despite such a large number of Russian troops, showed that Moscow's war strategies are not working. #russia #Ukraine #UkraineWar #russiaukrainewar #news #russiaukrainenews #War society, politics, knowledge, military, international relations
