The value of the Russian Ruble has COLLAPSED over the past 12 months and the value has been drifting again after trading at MORE THAN 100 against the US Dollar for the FIRST TIME IN HISTORY in August. In response to this the Russian Central Bank has Hiked Interest rates 3 times in the past 2 months and has now increased interest rates to 13%.
