ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ASPIRE at One World Observatory, Front Door Address: 117 West Street, New York, NY, 10007 Recommended Rideshare Drop-Off: 140 West Street, New York, NY, 10007 From the Street: Enter the building via The West Plaza on West Street. Bypass the box office and proceed down the escalators on the right-hand side. Walk toward Guest Services by staying to the right at the bottom of the escalator From Mass Transit: Follow signs in the Oculus towards One World Observatory, located on the mezzanine level. Enter the Observatory Lobby doors, bypass the public queue on the left and escalator on the right. Stay to the right at the bottom of the escalator to the main lobby area and proceed towards Guest Services. Proceed to the ASPIRE Registration Table to check in and receive your credential for the event. The credential will need to be visible for the Ambassadors operating the elevators in the lobby as well as on the 102nd floor. If you get lost at any point: Look out for the One World Observatory ambassadors. They'll be uniformed and holding lollipop signs, and stationed throughout the space. Let the ambassadors know you're looking for ASPIRE and they'll help you navigate. Security Details Any items being brought in must be able to fit through a scanner (similar to an airport scanner/security) – Which means, no items larger than a carry-on size suitcase will be accepted.
