A good interview ... but also quite annoying
My annoyance is to do with the media and the way they do their work.
The answer to the question about the way the public perceives government ... and specifically Biden and the Democrats ... is essentially a 'circular' question becasue the way the pub;ic percieves things is more a function of how the media presents things than anything else.
It is no easy task to ascertain what is really going on in government, in business and in society. At this point in history the media is not up to the task of informing the public about all the things that are important ... rather they do the easy stuff that attrects readers (eyeballs) will little or no attention to the critical job of the media which is to inform the public and help hold all the important actors to account.
To my mind this interview missed an opportunity to be serious, but drifted off into the never-never world of hypothesis!
Hakeem Jeffries kept his cool ... but the stage was not helpful!
