- amid the bombshell news that judge
- shutkin and DC has unsealed the damning
- 165 page motion against Trump outlining
- a raft of his criminal Behavior
- surrounding the 2020 election and
- January 6th Trump himself didn't seem
- all too pleased he took the truth social
- with an unhinged screed writing the
- release of this falsehood ridden
- unconstitutional j6 brief immediately
- following Tim Wall's disastrous debate
- performance and 33 days before the most
- important election in the history of our
- country is another obvious attempt by
- the Harris Biden regime to undermine and
- weaponize American democracy and
- interfere in the 2020 presidential
- election derange Jack Smith the
- handpicked prosecutor of the Harris
- Biden doj and Washington DC based
- radical left Democrats are hellbent on
- continuing to weaponize the justice
- department in an attempt to cling to
- power Trump is dominating the election
- cycle leading in the polls and the
- radical Democrats throughout the Deep
- state are totally freaking out this
- entire case is a partisan
- unconstitutional Witch Hunt that should
- be dismissed entirely just like the
- Florida case was dismissed he Then
- followed with this this for 60 days

- prior to an election the department of
- Injustice is supposed to do absolutely
- nothing that would taint or interfere
- with said election they disobeyed their
- own rule in favor of complete and total
- election interference I did nothing
- wrong they did this case is a scam just
- like all of the others including the
- documents case which was dismissed first
- of all this has nothing to do with the
- Biden Harris regime Republicans love to
- pretend that everything bad happening to
- them is Biden and Harris's fault they
- know that the White House has nothing to
- do with this case case but they play
- Make Believe because their goal is to
- treat their supporters like they are
- morons at this point Donald Trump could
- get a paper cut and he'd be whining that
- Biden Harris's regime conspired with big
- paper to take him down the actual reason
- that this case is moving forward has
- nothing to do with Biden or Harris it's
- because the case is already in the hands
- of the court system so when Donald Trump
- says that for 60 days prior to an
- election the doj isn't supposed to do
- anything that would interfere with an
- election the reality is that the doj
- can't initiate law enforcement action

- that might have the effect of impacting
- voters Perceptions in an election but
- the doj isn't initiating anything here
- Trump was indicted in this case last
- year in 2023 at this point this case is
- already in the hands of the Judiciary
- and the Judiciary has no 60-day rule and
- judge chuin has already made clear that
- she has no intention of allowing the
- Electoral calendar to influence or
- dictate her Court schedule she said
- outright quote the electoral process and
- the timing of the election and what
- needs to happen before or after an
- election are not relevant here this
- court is not concerned with an election
- schedule meaning that Trump is lying
- when he says that Biden and Harris are
- in charge of this prosecution and he's
- lying when he says that the doj is
- bringing new law enforcement action
- within 60 days of an election and let's
- be clear this guy knows that but the
- goal again is to dup the Rubes who are
- gullible enough to believe him if he had
- even an ounce of respect for his own
- supporters he wouldn't treat them the
- way he does but then I suppose any
- 3:01
- semblance of respect went out the window
- the minute he started Hawking Bibles and
- crypto and shoes and $2 bills and silver
- coins and $100,000 watches to these very
- people here's my legal breakdown co-host
- Glenn kersner echoing the point that I
- made here here is what the 60-day rule
- proposition stands for if for example
- somebody is running for Congress and the
- election is 60 days out and that person
- has not been charged with any crime that
- person has not had their property
- searched or their cell phone seized then
- the Department of Justice should not
- initiate some law enforcement action
- like all of a sudden get a search
- warrant and seize a candidate's phone um
- in the runup to the election if time is
- not of the essence why well because it
- could be misperceived as having a
- political purpose maybe you know uh
- damaging the prospects of a candidate

- being elected however the 60-day rule
- does not apply once cases are being
- prosecuted in court why because doj the
- FBI and the federal prosecutors have
- complete discretion over the timing of
- taking a law enforcement action when
- there is no criminal case up and running
- there is no prosecution ongoing in court
- but once charges are brought guess what
- the Judiciary doesn't have a 60-day rule
- they will continue to move their case
- expeditiously through the system as they
- are required to do and as judge chuin
- said it does not depend on or bend to an
- election cycle so the 60-day rule has
- absolutely no application and Trump and
- his lawyers know that consider two the
- whole point of this hearing is because
- that's what Trump wanted Trump wanted
- presidential immunity and so his legal
- 5:00
- team argued that he should have it the
- case went all the way up to the US
- Supreme Court and his right-wing Lackey
- on that Court created this concept of
- presidential immunity out of whole cloth
- it quite literally does not exist in the
- US Constitution and yet still they ruled
- that way and so now as the direct result
- of that ruling Jack Smith was forced to
- create this filing outlining all of
- Trump's crimes for the express purpose
- of litigating which parts if any are
- considered official acts that will be
- Exempted from this case under this bogus
- new notion of presidential immunity
- again this is literally what Trump asked
- for so he wants to have it both ways he
- wants to enjoy presidential immunity and
- he wants to be Exempted from holding any
- hearings to actually determine which of
- his crimes is considered immune heads I
- win tails you lose and finally on Donald
- Trump's claim that this is the
- weaponization of the federal government
- give me a break the federal government
- has bent over backwards to confirm more
- Goodwill and benefit of the doubt onto
- Trump than than any other human being in

- the history of this country if any other
- person in America did a half of what
- Donald Trump did they would have already
- been in prison for so long they wouldn't
- remember what the sun looked like I
- can't believe I have to explain this to
- the Law and Order party but when you
- commit crimes you don't get to blame
- someone else when you are then held
- accountable for committing those crimes
- if Trump didn't want to be contending
- with a prosecution in Washington DC then
- perhaps you should have considered not
- obstructing the Electoral count
- certification by inciting an
- Insurrection perhaps he should have
- considered not conspiring with State
- officials to refuse to certify and then
- send false slates of electors perhaps
- you should have considered not
- defrauding American citizens of their
- voice in our election and let's be clear
- for all those clowns out there who think
- that he was objecting to the election
- results because of some well-founded
- disagreement with the legitimacy of the
- votes he knew that the claims of fraud
- or illegal immigrants voting was
- complete according to this 165
- page filing by Jack Smith we now know

- that Donald Trump and his allies made up
- out of whole cloth the lie that
- non-citizens were fraudulently voting in
- our elections we now know that Pence
- told Donald Trump that there was no
- determinative fraud in the election we
- now know that Trump told Ivanka and
- Jared Kushner quote it doesn't matter if
- you won or lost the election you still
- have to fight like hell over and over
- and over again it becomes abundantly
- clear that Donald Trump knew he was
- spreading lies but he needed to spread
- them anyway because that was his only
- only justification to wage his pressure
- campaign to then steal the election and
- so he kept up the bit all the while
- behind the scenes he was told the truth
- but he didn't care quote it doesn't
- matter if you won or lost the election
- you still have to fight like hell so
- he'll log on to his little app and whine
- and complain and and moan not
- because his argument is righteous but
- because he is afraid that he's been
- caught and his only hope now is to fight
- this case in the court of public opinion
- and try and Curry sympathy from his
- gullible fans and effort to win in
- 8:00
- November by Framing himself as some
- martyr he is not he is a low rent
- criminal conman fraudster who doesn't
- know how to take responsibility for his
- own actions this guy shouldn't be
- allowed to walk without ankle bracelets
- on much less go anywhere near the Oval
- Office again so if you care at all for
- our democracy for our constitution for
- the future of this country then make
- sure you have a plan to vote that the
- people around you have a plan to vote
- and that you make your voice heard
- between now and election
