  • Russia launched one of the largest strikes against Ukrainian energy and civilian infrastructure this morning I
  • think when Putin ordered that strike this morning he wasn't expecting the news that we just got it seems like this
  • may be one of the biggest blunders Putin has made so far in this war because of the scale of this attack and the fact
  • that it's targeting energy infrastructure as the Ukrainian winter is starting President Biden has now
  • approved the use of Us weapons inside Russia this is something Putin has been
  • freaking out about ever since the war started and in the last 6 months he has up the rhetoric saying that this would
  • lead to a nuclear war what makes this decision even more interesting is the fact that President Biden just met with
  • President X Chinese president X yesterday now we don't know the exact details of this meeting but I'm sure
  • Putin is not happy that us is making such a big decision a day after meeting the Chinese president so let's let's get

  • 1:00
  • into all that and more in today's video like always please please be sure to hit the like button down below it helps us
  • out tremendously when covering the war in YouTube algorithm let's go here's
  • more details on the strike that Russia carried out this morning Ukraine's President Vladimir zalinski says that
  • Russia has launched around 120 missiles and 90 drones in what he calls a massive
  • combined air strike on his country's energy structure well the foreign minister Andre siga says says that
  • Russia launched one of the largest air attacks with drones and missiles against peaceful cities sleeping civilians and
  • critical infrastructure Ukraine's energy operator announced emergency power Cuts in the keev region and the bombardment
  • also forced power Cuts in two other regions in the east of the country where people in the capital made their way to
  • underground stations to shelter from this assault Russia's defense Ministry claimed that it attacked facilities that
  • support Ukraine's defense industry and further South the Black Sea port of adessa experienced a Citywide power cut

  • 2:03
  • a neighboring Poland says that it scrambled fighter jets in a statement warsa confirmed that operations by
  • polish and Allied aircraft were underway in total five ukrainians died in what
  • seems to be the largest attack so far since the Ukrainian curse counter offensive and the target is simple
  • Ukraine's energy infrastructure as winter months roll in in Ukraine Russia wants to kill
  • ukrainians ability to keep their houses warm Russia wants to kill the V of Ukrainian people to continue this fight
  • now Russia claims that these aren't war crimes because Ukrainian military uses the energy generated at these plants to
  • fuel the defenses that Ukraine is putting up against Russia but that makes no sense to me because by same logic you
  • can start attacking the food plants that Ukraine has because at the end of the day Ukrainian military is also eating
  • food the timing of this attack basically gives away what Russian goal is the Russian goal is to put pressure on

  • 3:02
  • Ukrainian civilians so the war comes to end because Russia is getting hammered badly on the front lines they are
  • hitting record highs in casualties every other day and they know the easiest way they can win this war is not on the
  • front line but rather by attacking civilian infrastructure and the infrastructure that supports the civilian economy and the civilian
  • population in Ukraine because Russia has made this calculation that if they can just kill the Ukrainian economy they
  • don't have to beat Ukraine on the front lines so before we get into the reports about us giving permission to Ukraine to
  • strike inside Russia let's listen to a Ukrainian Economist explain this exact situation the economy War that's going
  • on between two countries so basically uh any sort of War it's the war of the
  • economy right I mean we this is It's a return on the investment so for example if Ukrainian uh ukrainians s uh uh
  • recently probably have heard about these huge ammunition depots that exploded in

  • 4:01
  • Russia so Russia lost billions and billions of dollars you know basically
  • in the past um you know in the past uh week and and and and the reason it came
  • was because uh basically um Ukraine send drones worth of $10,000
  • or 20,000 or $100,000 and they destroyed billions of dollars worth of ammunition
  • so that's the kind of return on investment we're talking about now when Russia targets Ukraine they for example
  • targeted one of the major producers of uh electricity a plant that would be
  • considered worth about $1 billion they sent some heavy rockets
  • that cost tens of millions of dollars but you know you spend tens of millions of dollars and in the return you were
  • able to destroy1 billion and Ukraine needs to renew that energy and so the
  • resour es will be going into that instead of uh for military purposes so

  • 5:05
  • that is one thing it's an economy right as you pointed it out rightfully so it is an economic question and the question
  • is where is the good return of investment now the stupid uh Investments and something that Russia has been doing
  • is like hitting literally random uh civilian targets that don't have a
  • significant strategic or economic value for example you send a military rocket
  • into some sort of hospital or near Hospital uh which you know you just
  • destroy lives but you're not gaining anything on the economic front and that is done to intimidate the population
  • it's a very simple tactic that is uh you know uh done it's a war crime it's a
  • it's a horrific thing to do and Russia usually does double tapping when they will send a rocket the then you have uh
  • police and uh uh firefighters and medical workers come inside and then they set an another rocket and so you

  • 6:01
  • kill civilians and you have more casualties and the civilians and people Ukrainian people get more fatigued and
  • they're like well forcing the government stop this war at any cost well it doesn't work really it didn't work so
  • far the Ukrainian population and morale is very high they're not willing to see
  • and in fact right now zansky the president of Ukraine is sort of um is
  • captive uh of his own people you know he cannot you know even if the negotiations
  • were if somebody was pushing him to negotiate he cannot because people don't want to you know Ukrainian people are
  • the driving force for the even behavior of the president of Ukraine and because
  • they've lost so much because Russia has been bombing them and they got used to it you know they got used to live in the
  • middle of the war in the middle of these horrific crimes and they're like well no no peace until you get out of this and
  • pay for everything you have done so uh it serves multiple purposes uh and some

  • 7:02
  • of these purposes kind of make sense as I said and some of them just don't make sense now it seems that this decision to
  • Target Ukrainian energy and civilian infrastructure by Putin backfired and backfired badly for him because just few
  • hours after the attack New York Times came out with the reports that Biden has approved Ukraine to strike inside Russia
  • with us missiles now why do I say that it was the Russian attack that forced
  • Biden to give this permission well because this has been the trend with the Biden Administration earlier this year
  • when Russia launched one of the largest attacks in the kke Direction That's when Biden eased restrictions for Ukraine so
  • the trend is that every time there's a big attack by Russia us gives Ukraine more Firepower to fight back according
  • to the report it seems the first permission or first likely use is going to be against Russian and North Korean
  • troops that are gathering inside Kirks to launch a counter offensive against Ukrainian positions what makes this
  • situation a little bit more interesting for us personally is because we had Ben Hodes just a few days ago on our podcast

  • 8:06
  • and he predicted this exact thing listen to it yourself well this this would be a
  • great opportunity for the United States to change its policy uh and allow
  • Ukraine to use longrange weapons against targets inside Russia I mean you've got
  • that many UK Russian and North Korean troops that are basically bassing um
  • against the course bridg head uh that means there's Logistics artillery troop
  • concentrations all of these are ideal targets for uh long range weapons uh
  • that could hit that could hit them um and yet it seems like the the B
  • Administration still has not um CH been willing to change its policy about this
  • I think this is a mistake we should we should take the handcuffs off and and allow Ukraine to use every weapon that
  • that U they have uh against a big Target like that that would make a big difference on the ability of the

  • 9:03
  • Russians to um put pressure on the kurur bridge head as if Ukraine could start
  • hammering away at the logistics and the artillery and the headquarters necessary to to run that Russian counter offensive
  • now clearly the North Korean troops and Russian troops inside kers are going to be the prime target and likely the first
  • Target of this new weapon or ammunition that Ukraine has unlocked but earlier we
  • did Cover what other targets Ukrainian could strike inside Russia to give them an advantage in this war so let's get
  • into that segment as you guys just saw we had to blur some sections of the video because YouTube always demonetizes
  • and restricts our videos whenever we share footage from the battlefield and the front lines but we like doing these
  • and I hope you guys like watching them especially when we have experienced guests on who break down the situation
  • on the front lines with these clips to continue doing this type of content we recently launched our patreon where you

  • 10:01
  • can watch uncensored video uncensored breakdown of the clips from the front lines and you can also support our
  • content this is not something you have to do but if you're able to support us it costs as little as just $5 a month
  • and it helps us out tremendously to continue making this type of content so if you're able to you can sign up now by
  • clicking the link in the description or scanning the QR code on your screen thank you so much if this decision is
  • taken it will mean nothing less than the direct involvement of NATO countries the United States and European countries in
  • the war in Ukraine this will mean that NATO countries the US and European countries are at war with Russia the US
  • has given Ukraine permission to strike inside Russia using American missiles but there will be no Public Announcement
  • at least that's what the Guardians reporting on top of that one Western official quoted PBS news saying the
  • first announcement of this policy will land when the first missile lands in Russia ever since Ukraine invaded KK in
  • August Moscow has not been able to catch a break the Tide's about to change for the war as the UK and the US have just

  • 11:06
  • granted Ukraine permission to strike with Western weapons in Russia negotiations with the White House and
  • Downing Street have been ongoing throughout the year as zalinsky has been gearing up for more attacks inside
  • Russia to be able to stay on the offensive and continue gaining ground in Russia zalinski needed to be able to
  • launch long-range missiles to strike in Russian territory UK foreign secretary
  • David Cameron led the way when he commented on the Ukrainian War pledging that it was going to give Ukraine $ 3.84
  • billion in military aid to help them win the war against Russia after making this
  • promise the secretary went on to make a statement greenlighting Ukraine David Cameron is quoted as saying just as
  • Russia is striking inside Ukraine you can quite understand why Ukraine feels the need to make sure it's defending
  • itself the UK is not the only country that's done this and the US has also granted permissions to to Ukraine

  • 12:00
  • meaning Putin's in for some trouble in this video we're going to discuss the situation with the UK and the us while
  • also talking about all the Ukraine allies coming together to help Ukraine fight against the strongman Putin the
  • war in Ukraine and Russia is changing every day and we're working hard to keep you guys posted on everything that's
  • happening sometimes it's hard to do this because of Putin's Bots that dislike our videos and push our content back do us a
  • favor and give this video a quick like so we can keep bringing you all the news as soon as it happens let's get right
  • into it it has taken a long time to get here but finally the UK and the US are
  • Seeing Things From kev's perspective with permission from these two countries Ukraine's going to be in a much stronger
  • position in the conflict as it'll be able to take out essential structures inside Russian territory zalinski hopes
  • that with the restrictions lifted he'll be able to strike Russian airfields missile launchers ammunition Depots fuel
  • storage and command and control centers now the first question is why did this take so long for both countries the fear

  • 13:02
  • was that assisting Ukraine too much could lead to an escalation in the war that would require everybody to get
  • involved Moscow knew this and manipulated the West sphere by regularly talking about crossing a red line in his
  • annual State of the Union Address Putin made this Threat by saying we don't want to burn Bridges but if somebody
  • interprets our good intentions as weakness our reaction will be asymmetrical rapid and harsh we decide
  • for for ourselves in each case where the red line is from the beginning the White House's aim was to give KV support
  • without being dragged into direct conflict with Moscow the problem that Washington was facing was that there was
  • a split in opinions about whether all restrictions should be lifted most US state departments have been calling for
  • a lift on restrictions but intelligence agencies in the Pentagon have been advising Biden not to allow the use of
  • long-range weapons in Russia another reason the decision took time for the US was because there were certain interests

  • 14:00
  • in Russia that the US needed to be protected in 2024 Ukraine began to
  • launch attacks on Russian oil refineries Ukraine considers these to be legitimate military targets because they're used to
  • fuel Russia's military the problem was that the United States was worried about the economic impact of taking out these
  • refineries as Ukraine's military ally the US has told them to Halt on these attacks Biden had hoped to keep the oil
  • prices stable but it seems this is not a problem anymore allowing Ukraine the opportunity it's been waiting for
  • previously Ukraine had struck two of Luke oil's facilities in early 2024 in
  • vulgar and narad neft yores this was strategically important
  • because they provided for 11% of Russia's gasoline requirements the attacks were a small victory for Ukraine
  • as the factories had contracts to supply the Russian military what's pushed Britain to give its permission is what's
  • been happening in recent days between Russia and and Iran speaking at a press conference British foreign secretary

  • 15:03
  • David Lamy said Russia was guilty of a significant and dangerous escalation by receiving Iranian ballistic missiles for
  • use in its war in Ukraine the UK's Act of pledging money to Ukraine was already
  • very frustrating for the Kremlin but the continuous changes in its stance are going to send Putin through the roof the
  • commitment of 3.84 billion dollar will be renewed every year for as long as it takes to beat Russia what really
  • delivered the blow was the comment made by the foreign secretary which represents a willingness to change the rules for Ukraine a spokesperson for
  • Britain's Ministry of Defense said that Ukraine had a clear right of self-defense against Russia's illegal
  • attacks and that does not preclude operations inside Russia this means that
  • British tanks anti-tank missiles and any other military equipment given to Ukraine can be used inside Russia as
  • part of Ukraine's defense this is Putin's biggest nightmare as he believes that the West is trying to use it
  • weapons in Russia to escalate the war so far Ukraine has used British drones

  • 16:04
  • heavy artillery and tanks to capture more than 390 square miles of Russian
  • territory there are also reports that Ukrainian troops have been using British Challenger 2 tanks inside Russia but
  • these are all rumors now with Ukraine having permission to strike Russian targets inside Russian territory we
  • could be inching closer to the end of the war prior to this the UK had been very strict about these restrictions s
  • since February 2022 the UK had insisted that its weapons could only be used within Ukraine's International borders
  • and could not be deployed inside of Russia however as Russia continued on the offensive the UK began to warm up to
  • zelinsky's requests in February 2024 a statement was released reading we want
  • to be clear that the UK will never recognize Russia's illegal claims to the region or any Ukrainian territory and
  • that will continue to do all we can to stop Putin's War machine and support Ukraine in their fight for as long as it

  • 17:02
  • takes the UK has kept its promise and has now lifted the restrictions on the use of British Weaponry up until this
  • point Putin's tricks had been working and most countries had been taking a step back in limiting the Weaponry that
  • they supplied Ukraine with Moscow had been able to launch operations in Ukraine without the fear of a direct
  • threat being posed Putin was aware of the fact that Ukraine was receiving weapons from overseas but he was
  • confident that those weapons were being used to kill Russian troops inside Ukraine only now with everything that's
  • been unfolding Putin's confidence is shaking his original plan is no longer working and countries like the UK are
  • stepping in this is in part due to zelinsky's negotiation skills in July
  • during Ukrainian president zin's visit to Downing Street he'd worked hard to convince the UK to work with Western
  • allies to remove the limits on the use of weapons because he believed that increasing Ukraine's long-range
  • capability would Force Russia to seek peace the Kremlin has not taken the UK's

  • 18:03
  • actions very well which is to be expected before that as you guys know
  • today's geopolitical world moves very fast and it's pretty much impossible to keep up with all the news that's why I
  • launched Global Recaps a geopolitical newsletter that covers world news in a quick and simple way every day I send
  • out an email directly to your inbox that covers the most important world news that you can read in less than 5 minutes
  • best of all it's completely free and you can sign up now by using the link in the comments or Link in my bio now back to
  • the video Moscow has taken the statements made by the British secretary as a direct and dangerous escalation of
  • tensions that could exist between the west and Russia it also made it clear that it would respond if Ukraine
  • launched strikes against Russian territory with British weapons fremlin spokesperson Dimitri pesov commented on
  • Cameron's comments saying this is a direct escalation of tension around the Ukrainian conflict which could
  • potentially pose a danger to the entire European security architecture Russian foreign Ministry

  • 19:05
  • spokeswoman Maria zacharova added this is the first time that a western politician has so frankly acknowledged
  • what has long been a well-known secret for a majority of the world's countries that the West is waging a covert war
  • against Russia with the hands of ukrainians speaking directly to Cameron's comments she responded by
  • saying how irresponsible and callous do you have to be not to realize what such statements lead to especially with
  • regards to countries with nuclear weapons we always respond but how can you not think about the feelings of
  • British subjects and EU citizens as if these statements weren't enough Russia summoned the British Ambassador Nigel
  • Casey to make a formal complaint against Cameron's comments according to Britain's sources Casey was not summoned
  • and the meeting was actually pre-arranged to discuss the UK support of Ukraine Russia used the opportunity
  • to threaten Britain and warn them against using British weapons on Russian soil on Thursday Putin issued more

  • 20:02
  • warnings against the actions of the UK and the US he's continuously made it clear that the use of long-range
  • missiles is going to be interpreted as a direct conflict with Russia his reasoning is that since Ukraine's armies
  • are going to need NATO Specialists to program the missiles that would be their direct involvement in the war
  • while all this support from the UK is exciting the country that both Ukraine and Russia have been waiting patiently
  • for is America and now Washington's given its permission to Ukraine as well
  • in the beginning the US was very clear that it did not want us supplied equipment to be used for direct attacks
  • into Russia then in May 2024 president Joe Biden gave Ukraine permission to

  • 21:00
  • carry out limited strikes using Us weapons in Russian territory around KV
  • the policy's been slowly shifting and in recent months Washington has moved from a blanket ban to allowing Ukraine to use
  • us supplied weapons when it comes to defensive strikes Ukraine's been negotiating with America about the use
  • of its longrange Army tactical missile system to Target sites inside Russia and the negotiations have been successful at
  • first Washington was advising Kiev to focus the use of Western weapons on defending the eastern and Northern
  • regions of Ukraine Crimea and retaining access to the Black Sea but now Ukraine
  • will be able to attack Russia in relation to whether Ukraine can use long-range weapons from America the US
  • is finally allowing Ukraine to go ahead after months of lengthy discussion when asked by reporters last week President
  • Biden had initially said that his administration was working that out now but now a final decision has been given
  • the discussions have been successful and US Secretary of State Anthony blinkin and British foreign secretary David

  • 22:02
  • lamby traveled to Kiev this week during a press conference blinkin said one of
  • the purposes of the trip that we'll be taking together is to hear directly from the Ukrainian leadership including
  • President Vladimir zalinski about exactly how the ukrainians see their needs in this moment to what objectives
  • and what we can do to support those needs as permissions from these two countries have come Putin's fears
  • increase as reports come in that other countries are slowly warming up to the idea of giving permission too let's
  • start with lvia and Finland who have made comments that follow the same tone as Camerons according to sources in the
  • defense Ministry Finland has not set any restrictions on the use of weapons it supplied to Ukraine the chair of the
  • Parliamentary defense committee Juka cpra NCP stated according to my information Finland has not set such
  • restrictions and Ukraine has the right to use these weapons against military targets also on Russian soil copra even
  • went as far as saying if necessary Ukraine should also strike military Targets on the Russian side it's a

  • 23:05
  • completely legitimate defensive battle that Ukraine's waging the UN Charter allows military targets to be attacked
  • across land borders lvia has always been loud about its support of Ukraine and has even urged other Western allies to
  • get with the program lavian president Edgar rovix has encouraged Western allies to lift restrictions on the use
  • of weapons it provides to Ukraine rovix believes that the success that Russia's experiencing is because Ukraine's been
  • limited by the restrictions on the use of its weapons as long as the targets are legitimate military targets and not
  • cities or civilians the lvan president believes Ukraine should have full Reign Latvia's urgency is a lot to do with the
  • fear that once Ukraine's defeated it will be next if the West can band together and stop Russia now more
  • European countries will be spared from the hands of Putin why is it so fundamental and so important for you
  • what about your knowledge of the area you're positioning about Ukraine I think that for us it's a matter of security

  • 24:03
  • because we believe that if Ukraine loses then our security is going to be impacted in a very negative way I think
  • that has been repeated many times but also it's about international law it's about International order and I think
  • that we don't want to see the repetition of the darkest moments of history and my
  • country has experience those lvia also understands that Russia's been using the fear that the West has to its advantage
  • rovix is quoted saying there's probably fear and I think it's groundless that
  • Russia could use tactical nuclear weapons I think this is blackmailed by Russia very well calculated but some
  • governments are buying in this is not something that I could advise to add to the list NATO's also begun to speak up
  • on the matter in support of Ukraine in an interview NATO's Secretary General Jen Stenberg claimed that the time has
  • come for Ukraine's allies to consider lifting some restrictions on the of weapons in Russia after watching

  • 25:01
  • everything that Russia's done in the carv region NATO's beginning to question whether it should be sitting back and
  • letting Russia continue unchecked he's quoted from the interview saying the time has come to consider whether it
  • would be right to lift some of the restrictions which have been imposed because we see now that especially in
  • the carv region the front line and the borderline is more or less the same if NATO gets on board with the use of
  • military equipment donated by its member nations Russia's really really about to experience some losses on the front line
  • more allies are coming forward and Poland's foreign minister rosla stated that his country is not ruling out
  • sending its troops into Ukraine while the conversation around NATO troops being in Russia has been ruled out by
  • most countries Poland thinks that it should be a possibility months earlier when French president Emanuel macron had
  • said something similar many of the Allies shut him down but Minister rtis thanked him for saying the things that
  • needed to be said statements like these being made by NATO member nations have very serious implications Putin has made

  • 26:04
  • it very clear that he will take the use of NATO troops is a sign that direct conflict must take place and he would
  • not hesitate to use nuclear force unfortunately for Putin the West is tired of hearing these threats and they
  • might actually just disregard them in response to the comments by macron Putin ordered his military to hold Battlefield
  • nuclear weapons drills as a way of showing the West what he was working with in May in the Southern military
  • District that lies adjacent to Ukraine Russia ran some exercises for the launch of a tactical nuclear warhead as a close
  • Ally of Russia Belarus was also involved in the drills the exercise was to keep
  • soldiers practiced equipping potential launch vehicles with missiles the Russian foreign Ministry made it clear
  • that this drill was meant to be a signal to the West that it needed to stay out of its war with Ukraine a statement by
  • Russian officials stated we hope these drills will cool the hote heads in Western capitals while helping the countries that have provided the green

  • 27:00
  • light to Ukraine to realize the potential catastrophic consequences of the Strategic risks they're generating
  • Putin has used all of this conversation as an opportunity to show moscow's Power but it's not certain how much longer
  • this will work we're going to talk about the United States's controversial position on the matter but first let's
  • take a look at what some of Ukraine's allies are saying in Germany the government's given Ukraine permission to
  • strike Russian territory with weapons provided by Berlin according to German Chancellor Olaf scholes as long as the
  • targets are not civilians and buildings Ukraine's allowed to attack scholes is quoted saying I find it strange when
  • some people argue that Ukraine should not be allowed to defend itself and take measures that are suitable for this
  • Germany's provided Ukraine with weapon systems like its self-propelled howitzers and Mars 2 rocket launchers
  • but it's still hesitant to give Ukraine its longrange weapons despite negotiations Germany's declined to give
  • its long-range tourist cruise missiles because it fears this will bring it into direct confrontation with Russia another

  • 28:00
  • country that's been by Ukraine's side from the very start is Denmark in March 2023 the Danish government set up the
  • Danish national Ukraine fund which aimed to provide long-term support for Ukraine
  • so far approximately $906 billion has been placed in the fund to provide military support and training the money
  • is also expected to help with civilian support for Urgent humanitarian efforts and long-term reconstruction in Ukraine
  • in addition Denmark also Don donated long-range Harpoon coastal defense missile systems which Ukraine used in
  • the Black Sea to Target Russian fleets in relation to its comments on whether or not Ukraine can use its weapons in
  • Russia Denmark has been cryptic but the message is clear Denmark states that Ukraine's use of the weapons must be
  • within the bounds of international law this means that if Ukraine's acting in self-defense to defend its sovereignty
  • they're free to attack Russia finally the cck is also behind Ukraine using its
  • weapons within Russia since 2023 the Czech has been a big supplier of weapons for Ukraine donating 89 tanks 226

  • 29:05
  • fighting and armored infantry Vehicles 38 howitzers 33 multiple rocket
  • launchers six air defense systems and four helicopters with such big support for Ukraine it's no surprise that Czech
  • prime minister Peter fiala believes that stenberg's statement is absolutely logical he argues Ukraine is a country
  • defending itself against Russian aggression and as an attacked country it certainly has all the rights to use all
  • possibilities for its defense while Ukraine rejoices in the UK and the US getting on board with their use of
  • weapons in Russia there are rumors that Kev has already started using them in
  • 2024 aerial images showed that Ukraine used an MGM 140 atacms on a Russian base
  • in luhansk these missiles are capable of reaching a speed of 2,300 mph they have
  • a range of around 186 Mi and they can carry 500lb Warhead the missile also

  • 30:00
  • releases small bomb lits upon detonating allowing impact on a large area with explosions rather than unleashing a
  • precise missile strike the strike hit a Russian training ground and killed 116
  • troops another strike destroyed a launcher and charger which were hit by six of these missiles there have also
  • been reports of attacks in sasta pole with a missile strike taking out two Russian Landing strips and damaging
  • infrastructure Ukraine was comfortable attacking s asapo and Crimea because they territories that Russia annexed
  • from Kiev and thereafter what's rightfully theirs
