Dear Kobo Chan ... my background is university level engineering and economics at Cambridge, professional training as a chartered accountant in London and 50+ years of experiential learning. I have been working towards an integrated system of management metrics that expands from conventional financial accounting to include a social dimension and an environmental dimension. I want to avoid using money as the metric for social progress and environmental progress and hope to define a set of indices to do this. I am looking forward to reading what you have written.
