This sounds OK ... but does it work in a practical way in the modern world? The evidence shows that people are much better off in places where there is a certain amount of social discipline, a fair level of taxes to enable essential public services and infrastructure investment to be funded and effective regulation to control (and punish) anti-social behaviors.
