receive we know that 2:44 Trump got almost six million dollar that 2:46 we can account for and we know that 2:48 that's more that there is more there 2:50 from China specifically we found almost 2:54 $8 million total that he accepted from 2:57 foreign governments while he was serving 2:59 at as the president of these United 3:01 States but we're concerned about the president's son the president's and this doesn't come up in the 9:46 interview at all but it should have 9:49 because you must know what's happening 9:55 what's real you deserve to know the 9:58 truth Jamie Rasin told the truth the 10:01 truth 10:02 was the committee was meeting late at 10:06 night because a lot of members of that 10:09 committee took a train to New York to go 10:11 to the Trump 10:13 trial and they got completely shitfaced 10:16 on the Amtrak on the way back to the 10:20 Committee hearing so all of the members 10:22 are 10:23 drinking some of them are drunk and 10:26 that's why this went off the let's keep 11:02 watching I think her specifically doing it to me yes that was the intent um as it's been stated you know women wear makeup we wear lashes we wear all types of things to beautify incredible 11:42 truly and congresswoman Crockett 11:44 deserves a medal here for patients she's 11:46 probably a very effective lawyer in the 11:50 courtroom but the issue here isn't what 11:52 Congressman Crockett is 11:55 saying it's the questions that Jake 11:57 kapper is asking 12:01 does he not understand this moment that we are living in in America it as if these questions have been written from an isolated Outpost On the Dark Side of the Moon does he not go on to X formerly Twitter and see the bile see the hate see the racism that spews forth does he 12:30 not understand the tone the Menace the 12:34 snarling nastiness inh heren in what 12:38 margerie Taylor green said is he 12:41 possibly that 12:44 oblivious because if he is Dana Bash who 12:49 definitely is not will have her work cut 12:52 out for her moderating a debate that's 12:55 going to go off the rails in the first 12:58 30 seconds 13:00 but that is still dealing with some of the most consequential issues the country has faced since either World War II or the American Civil War let's keep watching as Jay Tapper asks the next 13:15 obvious question which is do you think 13:18 that anything should happen to margerie 13:21 Taylor 13:22 green like what nothing's going to 13:26 happen everybody knows that Tapper 13:29 should know it but here comes the 13:31 question and the answer is 13:34 brilliant let's watch is there anything 13:37 you think should happen here do you 13:39 think the congresswoman green should 13:40 face any sort of punishment I mean she 13:42 didn't face any at the time so I don't 13:44 anticipate that she'll face any in 13:46 general I mean I think that this speaker 13:48 should be inclined to try to re her in 13:51 after trying to Tri kick him out of his 13:53 position but they just let Marjorie do 13:56 whatever she wants to do and I think 13:57 this was the first time 13:59 that someone actually said no you won't 14:02 just treat me whatever way you want to and get away with it this is a really important answer to a really dumb question and I'm generally not somebody who believes in dumb questions but they do exist and this was a pristine example 14:17 nothing will happen to Marjorie Taylor 14:20 green she is the princess of Maga of nut 14:26 job 14:27 America and she has been given free 14:31 reign to do whatever she 14:35 wants and this 14:37 danger is 14:39 profound because really what we're 14:41 talking about here is the lowest common 14:43 denominator politics when you allow the 14:45 craziest person in a community filled 14:49 with crazy people to set the 14:52 tone what you get is what we have which 14:56 is the lowest common denom or level of 15:00 magga crazy margerie Taylor green Lauren bober the skanker you are the trashier you are the more covered you are why is it that before this no one in the country had heard of congresswoman Crockett but everyone in the country 15:20 knows who Lauren bobbert and margorie 15:22 Taylor green is why is it that no one in 15:25 the country knows who Abigail spanberger 15:27 is or who Mickey Sher is but everybody 15:30 knows who Matt Gates is and there in 15:33 lies great crisis in journalism let's 15:37 keep watching just to explain to our 15:39 viewers she said what she said which is 15:41 in a personal attack on your appearance 15:44 uh and then the Republicans refused to 15:46 take her words away yeah uh because they 15:48 said it wasn't a personal attack and 15:50 then you said something 15:52 about you didn't mention her name but 15:54 you obviously were talking about 15:55 congresswoman green bleach blonde bad 15:57 built Butch body very good so it's tough 16:00 to say but but but you've really embraced what you said you're printing it on swag I think we have an image of the shirt uh here that you're you're selling to help raise money to elect Democrats how would you respond to say it's inappropriate to respond to an attack on somebody's physical appearance 16:17 and you hear congresswoman AOC say you 16:19 know you shouldn't be attacking 16:20 somebody's physical appearance but then 16:22 you did the same thing no Jake no she 16:25 didn't she didn't and now we're moving 16:28 into the aneurism part of the 16:31 interview this is so important to 16:34 understand and the next exchange I'm 16:37 about to show 16:38 you 16:40 demonstrates how broken the media 16:44 is how hard it is for you to understand 16:50 what's happening and what's going 16:53 on no Jake congresswoman Crockett did 16:58 did not insult attack 17:03 demean margorie Taylor Green's appearance that isn't what happened the fact that you can't see that can't understand it is incredible the congresswoman is about to explain it but before she does let me preface it margorie Taylor 17:34 green and a lot of the Republicans were 17:37 off the wall that night a bunch of them 17:41 drunk coming back from the Trump 17:45 trial the reason they were meeting at 17:48 11:00 at night on a pkin impeachment of 17:52 marck Garland was because of that 17:56 fact the entire thing was a 18:01 farce a joke an act of abuse towards the American people yet that's not what happened what happened was margerie Taylor green launched maybe drunk a vicious 18:23 racist personal 18:25 attack that violated the rules of the 18:30 committee the rules of the house and all 18:34 standards of the corent the Democrats 18:37 moved to strike her words let me explain 18:42 to you what that means it's a punishment 18:45 it's a shaming if you will and if your 18:48 words are stricken because of an 18:49 outrageous breach of the Quorum you must 18:51 excuse yourself from the committee you 18:54 are kicked out like a child being 18:57 removed from a classroom 18:59 out but the chairman needed margorie 19:03 Taylor Green's vote so the question the congresswoman Crockett asks shows how good a lawyer she probably was how articulate and quick witted she is the question she asked was intended to demonstrate the hypocrisy and the total idiocy 19:29 of this committee's attempts to debase 19:32 defame anyone who stands in the way of 19:35 Donald Trump's returning to 19:37 power and what congresswoman Crockett 19:41 pointed 19:42 out was that the question she asked was 19:46 a parliamentary 19:48 question that went to the heart of the 19:51 matter which is the idiocy of the 19:54 hearing and the absolute lack of 19:57 standards and 19:59 deorum by the 20:01 chairman comr who runs his kangaroo 20:05 court day in day out while being given 20:09 the benefit of the doubt by people like 20:12 Jake Tapper it's beyond incredible let's 20:15 watch the congresswoman answer so to be 20:17 clear what I asked for was clarification 20:20 on the ruling if her words were taken 20:22 down that meant that she was going to 20:23 have to leave the committee for the 20:24 evening which actually would have helped 20:26 everybody out because the source of the 20:28 chaos is always Marjorie Taylor green 20:31 but the the chairman was concerned about 20:33 his votes he was concerned about whether 20:35 or not he would be able to move forward 20:37 with contempt and so therefore contempt 20:39 of yeah they were the yeah for the 20:42 Attorney General G absolutely so 20:44 therefore I'm like what what are we 20:46 doing so what are the parameters and I 20:48 generally wanted to know so I did not 20:51 state anything to her I specifically 20:54 asked a question and I didn't even 20:56 mention her name and so it was for 20:58 clarification and that's what I asked 21:00 for and he obviously didn't hear me okay yeah and I hear that but she went after your appearance and then like you went out like you went back at her a thousand fold and like I said at the beginning no no she didn't go back at her thousandfold she didn't issue a double Fu this is really disturbing to 21:23 watch and it really speaks to a lack of 21:27 ability to orient 21:30 it's like a fish in a 21:32 bowl trying to contemplate the 21:35 ocean it's tough to watch not so long 21:39 ago there was an investigative article 21:41 in La magazine about literally a Mr 21:46 Ripley type character an impostor a 21:50 fraud the journalistic equivalent of 21:54 George 21:54 Santos his name was yasher Ali 21:59 he is the 22:01 Santos of America's press Court it was an incredible story here was Jake tapper's quote about yashar ali from the story Jake Tapper couldn't sus out the impostor though all the evidence was all around him I'm not saying this in any way to disparage Jake Tapper who in many ways is a good 22:25 journalist a good anchor 22:29 and a very good 22:30 author but there is a 22:33 troubling 22:34 quality and it's about 22:37 discernment it's about common 22:39 sense it's about Street 22:43 smarts because when President Biden and 22:46 Donald Trump appear on that 22:48 stage one of those men is an 22:51 impostor he's a man who desecrated his 22:54 presidential oath he's a man who lied 22:57 35,00 22:58 times and if you lack the ability to 23:02 assess a situation and understand what is happening and why it is happening you probably shouldn't be the person asking the questions and what will be the most important presidential debate in American history the June debate between 23:24 Trump and Biden Jake kapper should 23:26 reflect deeply on this interview 23:29 when morer Taylor green did and said was 23:32 obviously racist aoc's conduct was aor just like aoc's but congresswoman crocketts wasn't congresswoman Crockett handled herself with dignity and the question
