I spent almost all of the Friday workday (September 20th) trying to track the two ink cartridges that I had paid Xerox for. The 'chat' feature on the tracking web-page was a complete waste of time and gave me nothing on help but consumed a lot of time.
When I was able to connect with a human bieng, the connection was not at all clear. The reason was not obvious since my own telephone connection is sub-standard in rural Pennsylvania and the HP employee had a foreign accent that was not particularly clear.
The HP employee was polite ... but in reality had little information of any utility.
I requiested to talk to a manager after spending a good time trying to make any progress on meaningful information. I did not realise that these service employees of HP were actually located in the Philippines
After abouth three hours of no progress and waste of time, I talked to a superviror in the Philppines. Our conversation lasted more than an hour and eventually it was agreed that two packages that I had paid for would be delivered to my address. This supervisor handled the issue that I had very well and to my satisfaction.
In fact I was pleasantly surprised that the package that was not lost (stolen) but merely still in transit though slow actually arrived physically on the Sunday two days before I was expecting the delivery.
