days from now we're seeing record turnout in Georgia and North Carolina as early voting begins 1 million people have already cast their ballot in Georgia this is a record turnout nearly double what we saw in 2020 North Carolina's first day of voting also set new records remember large voter turnout is bad for Trump he has to claim voter fraud in order to pass laws to suppress the vote to make it harder for people of color to cast their ballots this is how Republicans it's the only way they can win by suppressing the vote when you see record turnout in key swing States like Georgia or North Carolina that won't be reflected in the polling which I'm going to be talking about record turnout is not seen in the polling and the polling is showing 1:04 the race tightening the polling is wrong belong to nobody knows where the money is going nobody knows well we have what many think but I don't uh concerning news coming to us from Michigan now the polling averages show Michigan tide this is the first time since August 9th that the polling averages in Michigan were tied now in order to get to 270 comma needs to win the 3:01 blue wall and Michigan is part of that Harris is up by more than one point in Wisconsin and she's up by more than one point in Pennsylvania these are the polling averages I should caution a lot of A+ pollsters out they're now using a once discredited methodology to measure the races why are they doing this because they they underestimated the Trump vote in 2016 to some degree they think they underestimated the Trump vote in 2020 so some of the top pollsters are waiting their samples differently this election they're insisting that the pool of Voters they draw from must include something like 50% of Americans who voted for Donald Trump in 2020 in other words the sampling before the poll even Begins the sampling starts with half of those 4:06 being questioned being Trump voters in 2020 this is a methodology that has been discredited but This race is not as close as we're told, and why Harris is our next president revived ever since Trump completely threw the posters back on their heels in 2016 so there are some some who are now insisting these polls are heavily skewed in Trump's favor due to this overcorrection meanwhile Trump now leads in the polling averages by two in Georgia and Arizona he's taking the lead again in North Carolina two days ago kamla Harris was in the lead in North Carolina Harris is keeping her lead in Nevada I'm not sure what's going on I do know she is going to win I do know she's going to crack open the electoral map it's going to become apparent 5:06 24 hours before election day internal polling that we don't get to see shows this to be a land slide it's why Donald Trump is already talking about the steel the national polling averages show kamla Harris winning the popular vote by 2% now keep in mind the polls don't measure the enthusiasm the record voter turnout we're seeing these numbers do not reflect the momentum and the enthusiasm gap between kamla Harris and Donald Trump I am not worried but because Trump and the Republicans are such a threat to our existence I'm not worried I'm concerned I started off this 6:03 morning with the polling because I want you to see how close this race might be why complacency is our enemy and why you need to vote and make sure your neighbors and loved ones are voting again I don't trust any of the polling right now the national polling averages are are different I'm seeing different National polling averages I pay extra for this yugov which is state-of-the-art it's what the economist uses it's what CBS uses those polling averages show kamla Harris still in the lead in Michigan I know the polls Drive everybody crazy and to some degree well letters to local television stations threatening to fine and Ron DeSantis threatened local TV station general managers with prison unless they stopped running Pro Choice ads imprison the general managers of these local television stations if they continue to run ads that depict how dangerous life has become for mothers with problematic pregnancies ever since Florida's six- week abortion ban went into effect this year so DeSantis ordered his lawyer the guy's name is John Wilson he's the Health Department's general counsel he sent cease and assist letters to several television stations that were running the ad and he said if you continue to run this ad you'll be fined and put in prison based on some 50:07 obscure law about uh false information about health this is Ronda santis who uh who's an antivaxer uh killed all those people because of Co and and his mask laws and his antivaxx laws and all of a sudden he's enforcing some obscure law uh claiming that these pro-abortion ads uh are a public health Menace and uh the lawyer John Wilson who worked for the health department he was the Health Department's general counsel he sent the cease and assist letters and then he he quit he couldn't take it but but uh the judge ordered the state's attorney general Joseph low antivaxer anti- masacre the judge said to knock it off this 51:10 was on Friday stop sending the cease and desist letters the judge uh said that these letters are dangerous threats that amount to unconstitutional coercion and Viewpoint discrimination unquote the judge ordered the state to allow the ads to run and ordered Ronda santis to stop intimidating local television stations but Ronda santis is always talking about how the first amendment is under threat this is a violation of the first amendment
